Ingredients For pickeled eggs

  • 2 can
    sliced beets
  • 1 1/2 c
    vinegar
  • 1 slice
    onion
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    cumin
  • 12
    eggs, hard boiled

How To Make pickeled eggs

  • 1
    Boil eggs for about 1--15 minutes. Rinse with cold water and peel.
  • 2
    Add the rest of the ingredients into saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • 3
    Simmer for around 30 minutes. Put eggs into large container. Pour beet mixture over eggs and refrigerate.
