Ingredients For grandma carr’s easy freezer pickles
- PART 1:

1 cvinegar

1 csugar

1 tspcelery seed

1/2 tspmustard seed
- PART 2:

7 csliced cucumbers, unpeeled

1 conions, sliced thin

1 cgreen pepper, sliced

1 Tbspsalt (pickling or canning salt)
How To Make grandma carr’s easy freezer pickles

1Mix Part 1. Bring to a boil. Let cool.

2Mix Part 2 and let sit at room temperature on counter for 2 hours. Drain.

3Pour Part 1 over drained cucumber mixture. Let sit in refrigerator 2 or 3 days. Freeze in small butter tubs or any small plastic containers.
