I have to give credit to my ex-partner's Grand Mother[may she rest in peace.]She came up with it originally in his family.He shared it with me & we made it often; in multiple batches. It never lasted long no matter how much we made!!!Hope you enjoy it as much as we did & do.

Ingredients For delectable peanut butter fudge

4 stickmargerine or unsalted butter

5 scoopfavorite brand creamy or chunky peanut butter[we prefered extra chunky]we used largeserving spoon as our scoop

4 cconfectioner's sugar

1 tspreal almond extract
How To Make delectable peanut butter fudge

1In a large sauce pan over medium heat melt margarine/butter and peanut butter together. stir with wooden spoon to combine.Turn heat to low & Gradually add confectioner's sugar stirring until mixture is stiff, but not hard.near end of this step stir in the almond extract.

2Place mixture in a 9"x13" glass dish and spread to desired thickness with hands. Cut into individual servings and place on serving plate. For best consistency store covered in fridge until served. ENJOY!!!
