Made these at Christmas and they were very popular. You can leave out the cayenne pepper if you don't like spicy.

Ingredients For tex mex peanuts

  • 4 c
    peanuts, salted and without skins
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    granulated garlic or garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter

How To Make tex mex peanuts

  • 1
    Heat oven to 300. In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Spread peanuts in a single layer on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake uncovered for 10 - 15 minutes, stirring once. Store tightly covered at room temperature for up to 3 weeks.
