1 Tbspvegetable shortening

1sleeve buttery crackers (ritz, club, etc)
How To Make chocolate covered buttery crackers

1Place chocolate wafers and shortening in shallow dish and heat in the microwave for about 3 minutes on half power, or until the wafers melt. Stir until smooth.

2Dip crackers into chocolate and shake off excess. Place on waxed paper until chocolate sets up.
