my kids love stuffing so i use 2 boxs...plus if u don't like chicken soup i have used mushroom soup...

cream of chicken soup

sour cream
1 c

carrot grated
1 box

chicken flovored stuffing or your choice

How To Make zucchini cassrole

boil zucchini and onions for 5 minutes... preheat oven 350 degrees... in bowl combine soup,sour cream,and carrots...add cooked mixture... mix stuffing as directions on box... place half of the stuffing in a 8x8 baking dish add your creamed mixture and top with remaining stuffing... bake for 35 to 40 minutes...
