cooked carrots, cut lenthwise
1/4 c

liquid from carrots
2 Tbsp

grated onion
2 Tbsp

horseradish
1/2 c

mayonnaise
1/4 c

bread or cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp

butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste
dash

paprika

How To Make zesty carrots

Preheat oven to 375* Spread carrots in shallow baking dish.

Mix carrot water,onion, horseradish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and pour over carrots.

Mix together bread or cracker crumbs with melted butter, and place on top of carrots. Top with a dash of paprika, and bake for 15 minutes.. Enjoy!
