tomato-basil squares
First, I am a Pampered Chef GEEK. Not so much anymore, as life has a way of teaching you financial wisdom, but I still LOVE their stuff and I still LOVE their recipes. They're delicious, because, if they can't convince us that we can make fabulous food easily, using their products, they'll go out of business. Right? So I pulled this old favorite out and tried it, and it is just a fabulous as the first time around. I just wish that their format would allow me to pinch it directly. One last comment -- we may try laying the mozza mix first, tomatoes, then covering with mozza.
