Ingredients For sautéed mushrooms with spinach

  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 sm
    container of fresh button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 lg
    bag of fresh spinach
  • 1/4 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/3 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How To Make sautéed mushrooms with spinach

  • 1
    Prepare the mushrooms by wiping gently with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt that may be on them; do not rinse them in water. Slice the mushrooms.

    Heat butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook and stir until mushrooms are tender. Reduce heat to medium.

    Add spinach; cook and stir 5 minutes or until spinach is wilted but still bright green.

    Season with in salt and pepper; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
