Ingredients For rice hot dish - holupchures

  • 7 c
    shredded cabbage
  • 1
    medium onion chopped
  • 1 1/2 c
    raw white rice
  • 1 pkg
    bacon, cut in small pieces
  • 1 1/2 can
    tomato soup
  • 2 1/2 c
    tomato juice
  • seasoning salt and peppper to each layer

How To Make rice hot dish - holupchures

  • 1
    Layer cabbage, rice, bacon and onion and cabbage. Sprinkle seasoning salt and pepper. Add 1/2 can tomato soup. Layer again, twice. Add tomato juice. Insert a knife in a few places so that juice can go down a little.

    Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until done.
