4 c

sliced zucchini
4 Tbsp

butter or margarine
1 clove

garlic(or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)

tomato, chopped
1 sm

onion, finely diced
1/4 c

grated parmesan (fresh is best)
salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make microwaved zucchini

In microwave dish, layer 1 cup of the zucchini with 1 Tablespoon butter dotted on top, and 1/4 of the garlic, tomato, onion, and parmesan.

Repeat 3 more times.

Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 12 minutes.

Salt and pepper to taste.
