  • 1 1/2 lb
    small carrots, peeled
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    boiling water
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    lemon peel
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice

How To Make lemon glazed carrots

  • 1
    Cook carrots, covered in salted water until tender for about 20 minutes; Drain . Combine butter, brown sugar, lemon peel and lemon juice, heat and pour over carrots.
