Ingredients For herb roasted rutabaga

2 lgrutabagas, peeled and cubed into equal pieces.

2 Tbspolive oil

1 tspdried basil

1 tspdried rosemary

1/2 tspground sage

1/2 tspdried oregano

1/4 tspdried thyme
-
1/8 tspdried dillweed

1/2 tspdried parsley

1 tspgarlic and herb seasoning (like mrs. dash)
How To Make herb roasted rutabaga

1Preheat oven to 425° Place cubed rutabaga into 2 9 x 13 glass baking dishes. Drizzle with olive oil and toss until evenly coated.

2Combine remaining ingredients together into a small bowl. Sprinkle over rutabaga cubes and toss again until even coated.

3Roast in oven until golden and tender, about 45-50 minutes, stirring half-way through. Serve.
