Ingredients For hawaiian sugar snap peas

  • 1/2 c
    sugar snap peas
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1
    lg. tomato, cut into chunks
  • 2
    stalks celery, chopped
  • 3 slice
    pineapple, cut up (save juice)
  • 1 c
    lawry's 30-minute hawaiian marinade
  • 1/2
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    basil
  • 1 tsp
    tarragon
  • 1 c
    pineapple juice (use juice from can)

How To Make hawaiian sugar snap peas

  • 1
    Melt butter and olive oil in medium saucepan.

    Add onions and garlic. Sauté.
  • 3
    Add celery and sauté until garlic and onions are browned.
  • 4
    Add tomato, basil and tarragon.
  • 5
    Simmer until tomatoes are tender.
  • 6
    Add pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, marinade and sugar snaps.

    Simmer for about 10 mins.
