Always make this for family pot lucks because everyone loves it and requests it. Got the recipe years ago from Gulliver's Restaurant in Irvine CA.

Ingredients For gulliver's corn

2 boxfrozen corn (or 20 oz bag)

8 ozwhipping cream
-
8 ozmilk
-
1 tspsalt
-
6 tspsugar
-
1 pinchpepper
-
4 Tbspmelted butter or margarine

4 Tbspflour
How To Make gulliver's corn

1Combine all but the last 2 ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.

2Simmer for 5 minutes or until corn tender (no lid).

3Melt butter or margarine in sauce pan and add flour. Blend until smooth and add to corn mixture to thicken.

4Place in serving dish. If desired, pour into a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place under broiler to lightly brown the top.

5This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
