I made this 1 July 4th. when 2 poeple bought watermelon tomy house for the party. We had to much watermelons & didnt want it to go to waste. It looked wired at first but it tasted good.

Ingredients For garden fresh watermelon spring salsa

  • 1- 1 1/2 c
    watermelon, chopped
  • 1 c
    cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    red onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    cilantro, fresh & chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    zesty italian dressing
  • 2 tsp
    serrano chiles, minced
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
