I never liked them until a friend made them for a Samhain Meeting. She used tobassco. It was a little too hot but addicting. So I played around and come up with this. Everyone I have tried it on loved it, So let me know what you think

- AMOUNTS WILL BE VARIED DEPENDING ON SIZE OF AND HOW MANY TOMATOES

flour with salt and pepper blended in

egg or eggs for wash
How To Make fried green tomatoes

1Beat the egg(s) in one dish with a little tasbasco and water. Put the flour with salt and pepper in another. Slice your washed green tomatoes thinly and put in flour mix, then eggs, then flour again and into a heated skillet with oil, continue until all are in pan. while cooking drizzle sweet and spicy tobassaco over the cooking tomatoes, when browned turn and drizzle sweet and spicy tobassaco on the other side. remove to place and continue process until all the tomatoes are used. I serve as is. But you can drizzle or dunk as you please
