A friend of my son, Mark gave this recipe to him years ago. He inturn gave it to me. I have made this a lot for him and for company. It is really good..soft and creamy, the way we like it. I think you will too!

2eggs

1 cancreamed corn
-
1 canwhole kernel corn, drained

1/2 cbutter, melted
-
1 pkgjiffy corn muffin mix

1 csour cream

1 cmozarella cheese, grated
How To Make corn spoon bread

1Beat eggs in casserole dish and add corn,melted butter, muffin mix and sour cream. Mix altogether. Do 'NOT' add mozarella cheese yet. Bake in 350F degree oven for 30 minutes.

2Add 1 cup mozarella cheese on top of casserole, don't stir. Bake for 25 minutes more.
