I got this from one of the recipe sites and since most of us love bacon I thought it would be good to share.

Ingredients For corn pudding w/bacon

  • 1 can
    16oz. cream corn
  • 1 pkg
    10 oz frozen corn kernels, yellow or white
  • 2
    slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 c
    milk or half & half
  • 6 slice
    bacon
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar

How To Make corn pudding w/bacon

    Not all Corn Puddings are the same this one is better because everything with bacon in it is better....remember?? Mix all ingredients together including the left over bacon drippings and place in a 9x13 backing dish that has been generously sprayed with non fat spray such as pam. Bake at 325 degrees until the knife comes out clean about 30 minutes but you want to make sure it is not runny in the middle so stick the knife in that area when testing. Remove and sprinkle bacon on top and watch it disappear at your dinnertable or party buffet!!!!
