An old favorite side dish. Sweet kernels of corn baked in a buttery milk sauce transform into a fabulous pudding that will complement most any meal!

Ingredients For corn pudding

  • 3
    slightly beaten eggs
  • 2 c
    drained cooked (or canned) whole kernel corn
  • 2 c
    milk, scalded
  • 1/3 c
    finely chopped onions
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • hot water

How To Make corn pudding

  • 1
    Combine ingredients; pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Set in shallow pan; fill pan to 1 inch with hot water

    Bake at 350 F for 40 to 45 minutes, or till knife inserted off center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes at room temperature
