Ingredients For corn fritters

3 Tbspall purpose flour

1/4 tspbaking powder

salt
-
cayenne pepper

1 tspworcestershire sauce

1 (12oz) cancorn kernels or niblets

canola oil for frying
How To Make corn fritters

1Make a batter with the beaten egg, flour, baking powder and seasonings.

2Beat well and mix in the Worcestershire sauce and the drained corn.

3Gently fry a tablespoon of the batter in a little hot oil, turning once, for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Continue until the batter is used.
