Ingredients For corn and onion casserole

1 Tbspbutter

2 dashhot sauce

16 ozcream-style corn

1/3 cmilk

1egg, beaten

8.5 ozcorn muffin, mix

1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 Tbspfinely chopped parsley

1/4 tspsalt
-
1 csour cream
-
1 lgonion, sliced
-
1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make corn and onion casserole

1Melt the butter in a skillet and saute the onions until tender.

2In a bowl combine the sour cream, salt, parsley and 1/2 cup cheese.

3Combine and add to the onion mixture and set aside.

4Combine the muffin mix, egg, milk, corn and hot sauce and mix well.

5Spread in a greased 9 x 9 inch pan.

6Cover with the sour cream mixture.

7Top with the remaining cheese.

8Bake in a 425 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
