Ingredients For confetti corn

1 to 2 Tbsp

butter
1 md

onion, diced
1 md

green bell pepper, diced (or you can use red)
10 oz

frozen corn
salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make confetti corn

in a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. add the onion and peppers.

cook until soft and clear about 10 minutes.

add frozen bag of corn and stir until heated through really well about 4 minutes or so.

sprinkle some salt and pepper add some parsley is good in it.
