I hope you enjoy these tips and info on cauliflower. Did you know it also comes in yellow, purple, and green ??? I'm 82 now, and I guess I am just to set in my ways. ...LOL I will only buy the white ones. Please check out the CAULIFLOWER COOKBOOK that will be posted today.     CHOOSE: Clean, white, firm heads without spots or bruises. Avoid those with open flower clusters. One head makes 4 servings.

    STORE: Cauliflower should be stored in the refrigerator in a plastic bag and is best if used within one week.

    How to USE: Wash well. Separate into flowerettes. Steam or boil for 8-10 minutes. Cauliflower can also be used in place of broccoli in most any broccoli recipe!
