1/3 cbutter or margarine (butters best)

1 Tbspbrown sugar

3 Tbspsoy sauce

2 tspwhite vinegar

1/4 tsppepper

1/4 tspminced garlic

1/3 csalted roasted cashews
How To Make broccoli with garlic butter and cashews

1Remove and discard broccoli leaves and tough ends of stalks; cut into spears. Cook broccoli in a small amount of boiling water 8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain well. Arrange broccoli on a serving platter. Set aside and keep warm.

2Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat; add brown sugar and next 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil; remove from heat. Stir in cashews. Pour sauce over broccoli and serve immediately. 4 servings
