Ingredients For broccoli bake

1 pkg

frozen chopped broccoli (may use spinach, or asparagus)
1

egg. well beaten
1 tsp

onion grated
1/2 c

butter, melted
3/4 c

sharp cheese, grated
1 can

cream of mushroom soup
1 3/4 c

peperidge farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
additional butter for top

How To Make broccoli bake

Thaw broccoli and drain. In well greased casserole dish combine broccoli, egg, onion, melted butter, grated cheese, soup and 1 cup stuffing mix. Mix well. Place remaining stuffing mix on top. Dot with butter. Bake at 250f for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve hot.
