Ingredients For momma's spinach pie

  • 1 box
    spinach, frozen, defrosted
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 c
    italian shredded cheese
  • 1
    pie crust shell
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make momma's spinach pie

  • 1
    squeeze all the water from the spinach, place in a bowl.
  • 2
    add the eggs, heavy cream, cheese, onion powder, salt and pepper...mix well.

    pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for about 30-40 mins until crust is golden and filling is firm to touch
