1/4 tspblack pepper

1/2 cmilk

1/2 stickoleo

1 smonion, chopped

1 ccracker crumbs

1 ccheese
-
1egg, beaten

1/2 cbread crumbs
How To Make eggplant casserole

1Boil Eggplant in salted water for 8 minutes. Drain and add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs. Pour into casserole dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake for 30 minutes in a 350 oven.
