Ingredients For cheesy corn & peppers

  • 2 lb
    frozen corn
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, cut into cubes
  • 2
    poblano chile peppers, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp
    coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 c
    (about 4 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 oz
    cream cheese, cut into cubes

How To Make cheesy corn & peppers

    Coat inside of 3 1/2-to 4-quart Crock-Pot slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.

    Combine all ingredients except Cheddar cheese and cream cheese in Crock-Pot slow cooker.

    Cover. Cook on high 2 hours.

    Stir in cheeses. Cover and cook on high 15 minutes more or until cheeses melt.
