I went to visit my mother in Az. and she fixed these and as bad as they are for you...I wanted more! They were delish! Needless to say, when I came home, I made them for my family and they loved them as well. Good with breakfast or dinner!

How To Make ultimate fried potatoes

1melt bacon grease in skillet (I freeze leftover bacon grease for future recipe's)

2slice or dice potatoes

3dice onion

4coat potatoes and cook on low/med. heat, covered till potatoes are tender, (check often) then turn heat to med/high (not max) to brown, stirring and flipping frequently to brown evenly. Dont leave them or you take the chance of them browning TO much ;)
