Ingredients For three-ingredient parmesan potatoes

  • 2 lb
    yukon gold potatoes (about 8), cut into 1/8-inch slices
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, melted and divided
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese, divided

How To Make three-ingredient parmesan potatoes

    After slicing, rinse potatoes and pat dry with paper towels.

    Brush 1 Tbsp. butter onto bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Toss potatoes with remaining butter and 1/4 cup of the cheese; layer on bottom and up sides of pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

    Bake in a preheated 425º oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Loosen potatoes from side and bottom of pie plate; invert immediately onto serving plate. Garnish with chopped fresh chives if desired before serving.
