Ingredients For potato casserole

  • 2 lb
    frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 8 oz
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    green onions, chopped
  • 1 stick
    oleo
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 c
    corn flakes, crushed
  • 2
    small cartons sour cream

How To Make potato casserole

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients and put in a 2 quart casserole dish, except for corn flakes. Top with the corn flakes with ¼ cup melted butter. Put in oven for 350F for 1 hour.
