Who can't love a tasty recipe that is this easy? My notes say that it came from Great American Home Cooking -- probably a set of introductory recipe cards that came in the mail. Either way, this is a quick and easy way to add elegance to your dinner!

Ingredients For stuffed manicotti

    manicotti tubes
  • 16
    mozzarella sticks (1 lb)
  • 2 c
    marinara sauce
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan

How To Make stuffed manicotti

    Grease an 11 x 7 inch baking dish. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the manicotti tubes for 6 minutes, stirring once at the start to separate tubes. Drain well, then rinse under cold water and drain again.

    Insert a mozzarella stick into each tube. Arrange the filled pasta in the prepared baking dish. Pour the sauce on top.

    Bake at 350*F for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top of the dish.
