1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

4 Tbspbutter, unsalted

3 tspcornstarch

1/2 cpecans, chopped
How To Make nutty glazed carrots

1In 2qt casserole, place carrots, brown sugar and butter, cover. Microwave on High 7 to 11 minutes until tender, stir after 5 minutes.

2Combine water and cornstarch; stir into carrot mixture. Add pecans. Microwave on high 2 to 4 minutes until thickened. Stir before serving.
