Slow Cooker Crock Pot
Ingredients For baked beans

1 pkgnavy beans
-
flour to coat stewing beef
-
3 Tbspcanola oil
-
3 pkgstewing beef cut into 1" chunks

1 pkgshort ribs (bone in)

2 can(29 oz. each) bush country style brown beans

1 canwater
-
6 Tbspbrown sugar
-
4 tspdry mustard powder
-
1small bottle of ketchup
-
2 Tbsponion powder or dried minced onion

1/4 tsppepper
-
1/2 bottlelouisiana hot sauce
How To Make baked beans

1Soak beans overnight in water, drain in the morning and rinse thoroughly.

2Brown flour covered beef in frying pan using oil accordingly

3Dump into crock pot

4Put in the rinsed Navy beans, the 2 cans of Bush Country Style brown beans, add one can full of water and remaining ingredients, stir well. cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

5Let cool and reheat in the morning for another 4-6 hours.
