I got this recipe from a friend at a church supper many years ago. It is wonderful with ham as colorful side dish. I have lost count how many copies of this recipe I have given out!!!

Ingredients For yellow rice casserole

1 pkg10 oz. size yellow rice mix

1 stickbutter or margarine,melted

1 cancream of chicken soup

1 lgcan mexicorn
How To Make yellow rice casserole

1Cook pkg. of yellow rice according to pkg. directions. Place in greased 2 qt. casserole, with other ingredients. Mix well. Bake for 40 minutes (or til bubbly) at 375 degrees.
