This is one of my mom's favorite recipes. She got it from a friend of hers and it is always a big hit at family dinners and potlucks.

Ingredients For veg-all casserole

  • 2 can
    veg-all mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can
    water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped fine
  • 1 c
    celery, chopped
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1
    1 sleeve ritz crackers, crushed
  • butter

How To Make veg-all casserole

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients except crackers and butter. Pour into casserole dish. Add crushed Ritz crackers to top and dot with butter.

    Bake on 350* until hot and bubbly.

    Note: May subsitute cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup for vegetarians. Can add diced chicken or turkey for meat lovers for a one pot meal.
