1 smonions, vidalia, peeled

4 Tbspbutter, cold

1 1/4 cparmigiano-reggiano, grated

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper

2 lgeggs
How To Make parmesan-vidalia grits bake

1Preheat oven to 400. Boil water ; add grits, stir. Cook 25 min. Saute onion in olive oil. Add onion, butter, 1 cup parmesan, salt and pepper to grits. Cool 20 min.

2Add beaten eggs. Pour into greased 2 qt. dish. Sprinkle 1/4 cup parmesan on top. Bake 40 to 50 min.
