found this recipe while working in boise idaho, tryed it out at family reunion and pan came home emty. best baked beans ever.

Ingredients For creaole baked beans

1 can

baked beans any brand
1 can

black beans, drained and rinsed
2 stick

celery ribs chopped
onions, yellow, medium chopped
smoked sausage
bacon, cooked
garlic, chopped
red pepper flakes,to taste
oregano, dried, to taste
roasted red peppers, chopped

How To Make creaole baked beans

mix beans, smoked sausage slices, roasted red peppers and seasonings in large baking dish. mix well

cook bacon, onions, celery and garlic uti bacon is crisp. mix with bean mixer.

bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. enjoy.

if taking to a family get together, place all ingredients in large slow cooker the night before on low.
