This is a great side dish with grilled meats, not really cornbread but moist and yummy.

Ingredients For corn bread casserole with peppers

  • 1 15 1/2 oz can whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 15 oz can cream style corn
  • 1cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter ( 1 stick)
  • 1 8 oz package corn muffin mix
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeño peppers optional
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

How To Make corn bread casserole with peppers

    Per heat oven to 350 and grease a 9" square pan
  • 2
    Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl, then pour into your prepared pan. Bake for 40 to 45 mins a toothpick should come out clean. Serve while still warm .
