Ingredients For orange saffron rice

2 csam's club par excellence yellow rice or saffron rice that equals two cups
-
4 cwater
-
1/2 corange juice
-
2 Tbspbutter or margarine
-
1/2 cchopped celery
-
1/2 cchopped onion
-
1 cdried diced mixed fruit

3 Tbspolive oil
How To Make orange saffron rice

1In a large pot with a lid, bring water and orange juice and butter to a boil and add rice. Cover and reduce heat to low for approx. 20 minutes until liquid is absorbed.

2In a frying pan, saute celery and onion until clear but not brown. Add dried fruits and quickly saute to activate the flavors.

3Add celery, onions, and fruit mixture to the cooked saffron rice.
