Ingredients For lemon rice (rizi lemoni)

  • 1 c
    long-grain white rice
  • 1/4 c
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 c
    fresh orange juice
  • 2 c
    water
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon peel, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp
    orange peel, shredded

How To Make lemon rice (rizi lemoni)

    Place all of the ingredients except the citrus zest in a 2-quart pot. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until all of the liquid has been absorbed.
