Ingredients For brown rice

1 cwhite rice, uncooked

1 stickbutter or margarine

1 canbeef bouillon soup, (campbells size)

1 canfrench onion soup

1 cansliced mushrooms
How To Make brown rice

1If you have a casserole dish that you can use on top of the stove as well as in the oven, use it. Otherwise, in a skillet melt butter, add rice and cook until rice is browned just a little bit. Add remaining ingredients.

2Bake at 350 oven for 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Serve.
