(15 oz.) cans sweet potatoes
1/2

stick margrine or butter melted
1/4 c

orange juice
1 c

miniature marsmallows

How To Make whipped sweet potatoes

Combine sweet potatoes, margarine and orange juice in mixing bowl.

Beat till fluffy. Fold in marshmallows.

Spoon into a buttered 2-quart casserole.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

You might want to sprinkle additional marshmallows and broil until lightly browned.
