Seasoned Mashed Potatoes

So, we're out and about at our favorite butcher (I'm becoming a meat snob), waiting for a super-special cut of chicken. I come across this recipe and decide to try it. I pick up the spice mix conveniently located right next to it, and off we go. Two days later, under a time crunch and with the husband in a rage (dogs ate the steak), I prep the regular dinner, then fly into from-scratch mashed potatoes, following this recipe. He didn't think that it could be done -- and it did, and it was delicious! For those close to me: Toppe Butcher in Spring Lake. Or, www.RoneyBrands.com.
