    russet potatoes
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    oregano, dried
  • salt and pepper

    Cut the potatoes in 8 wedges

    Put the potatoes in a bowl and cover with olive oil and the juice of one lemon. Set aside for one hour.
