Another *quickie* from Kay!.....most of these recipes that I contribute, I find in small recipe books...I found this one in some bank advertisement book many years ago..which I tweaked to my own preference.....but it's still good! hope you like it!....:) K.

Ingredients For potato chip, potatos?

6 mdpotatoes (peeled & cut into cubes)

1 ccrushed potato chips (divided)

1/2 cchopped onion
-
3 or 4 Tbspmelted butter
-
1/2 cshredded white american cheese
-
salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
How To Make potato chip, potatos?

1In bowl, combine the potatos, !/2 of the potato chips, onion, butter,cheese, seasonings....toss to combine

2transfer to greased 2 Qt. baking dish, and sprinkle top with remaining potatoe chips......

3Bake uncovered at 350 degrees....50 min.or so... (or till potatoes are done!).....enjoy :) K......
