  Shake flour in a large size Reynolds oven bag. Set aside Add brown sugar, orange juice and peel, and nutmeg to oven bag. Add sweet potatoes and turn bag to coat potatoes with mixture.

  Arrange potatoes in an even layer in bag and top with butter. Close bag and tie then cut 6 1/2 inch slits on top. Put bag in pan and bake 50-55 minutes or until tender
