Growing up my mother made creamy taters with russett or idaho taters. I love red taters an I also love them lumpy! So here's my way!

Ingredients For mash taters my way

7-10 mdred taters cut into fourths

1/2 stickbutter
-
1 canevaporated milk
-
1-2 tspchilli powder

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make mash taters my way

1Bring taters to a boil over med high heat and cook until fork tender.Drain, do not rinse.

2Put butter into hot pot and dump taters on top. Hand mash and add evaporated milk at this point you can either continue to hand mash or use a mixer for fluffier taters.Add some regular milk if it is to thick.

3Add chilli powder and salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
