Like you make a baked potato with sour cream, bacon bits, cheese, chives, etc. This recipe taste like baked potato. It is so delicious and tasty. We love it.

Ingredients For lisa's baked potato salad

  • 8
    red potatoes, peel, wash and cut into cubes
  • 1 stick
    butter or margarine (room temperature)
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c
    sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 jar
    hormel bacon bits
  • 2
    green onions, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make lisa's baked potato salad

  • 1
    Wash potatoes and cut into cubes. Put in a large pot and add water. Bring to a boil and reduce to medium heat and cover. Cook for 20 minutes until tender. Drain potatoes and put potatoes in a big bowl and add butter, sour cream and mix well until butter melted. Add cheese, bacon bits, salt and pepper. Mix well. Garnish green onions on top of the baked potato salad.
